Nicole Kidman helping good friend Reese Witherspoon 'navigate' high-profile divorce from ex Jim Toth
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Reese Witherspoon is depending on her girl squad to help her deal with her divorce from estranged husband, Jim Toth. The 'Legally Blonde' actress was reportedly receiving assistance from Jennifer Aniston, but it appears that Witherspoon was "depending" on another pal to deal with her high-profile divorce. According to Radar Online, Nicole Kidman has been by Witherspoon as she dealt with her divorce from Toth.
Witherspoon shared the news of her split from Toth after 12 years of marriage in a joint Instagram post, just days before their 12th wedding anniversary. The couple stated the reason being "irreconcilable differences." The former CAA agent and Witherspoon share a 10-year-old son, Tennessee.

Sources reportedly said, "Nicole’s totally helping Reese navigate her divorce. That’s what friends are for," adding that the 'Bombshell' star was assisting Witherspoon by sharing her prior experience with divorce from her ex-husband, Tom Cruise. The two were spotted having a long conversation while out on a stroll in Nashville, earlier in June.
Witherspoon and Kidman are co-stars and also close friendships. Kidman stated to E! News in June 2016, "I love her . . . We have so much in common and we’re very close. I’m lucky to have her as such a good friend." Not to mention the fact that Witherspoon referred to Kidman as her "beautiful, soulful, talented friend" at the Gotham Awards.

The 'Legally Blonde' actress has agreed to sharing custody of her son with Toth. In a statement announcing their divorce, Witherspoon and Toth had stated, "It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together."
