Nicki Minaj wows as she goes braless in sheer skintight bodystocking at launch of her fashion line with Diesel
Nicki Minaj has been a regular face in most of the fashionista parties at Fashion Week this season and has clearly made her mark with her outrageously eye-popping outfits. And last night, the 'Chun Li' singer put on a real showstopper outfit when she stepped out in Milan to release her own Diesel Bad Guy capsule collection.
Dressed in a sheer, skintight bodystocking, the Caribbean-born bombshell decided to ditch her bra and chose to pose for a ton of pictures with the scores of fans who had come to the launch of the new collection. The rapper finished off her chic outfit with an urban-inspired belt, red-hot ankle boots, and a black bomber jacket hung loosely off her shoulders from the collection.
The 'Anaconda' singer's latest collection is part of a larger Diesel campaign Hate Couture, which has been specifically designed to combat cyberbullying. The name 'Hate Couture' is basically a play on the phrase 'haute couture', otherwise known as high-end fashion, reports the Daily Star.
Speaking about the new collection, founder Renzo Rosso described it as, "Diesel’s Hate Couture will be a bold message towards haters worldwide and an invitation for everyone to step up, face and own the negative messages we receive every day." A lot of other iconic celebrities have been called on to back the campaign, and some of the names are Bella Thorne and '13 Reasons Why' star Tommy Dorfman.
Revealing about the launch of her collection beforehand, the singer shared an image of herself looking sensational in the ad campaign on Instagram and captioned it as, “I’ve waited so long to share this surprise with you!I’m shutting down an entire block in Milan to present my collection @diesel.”
And the star almost caused a meltdown in Milan on her launch day, as a whole legion of her fans descended on the Diesel store in the city to catch a glimpse of the fearless rapper.
However, there have been a lot of concerns over Nicki collaborating with the designer, since the campaign is for anti-bullying, and people think of the rapper as a bully herself. But the fashion brand hit back at the comments saying, “We’re here to support anyone who’s getting hated on and Nicki is one of them. Our enemy is hate, not haters.”
