Media mogul Tyler Perry is making his Netflix debut with the upcoming movie, 'A Fall From Grace'. Netflix released the trailer for the film, which has been met with positive responses on social media.

'A Fall From Grace' is set to premiere on January 17 on Netflix and stars Crystal Fox as Grace Walters, who finds love with a handsome younger man (Mehcad Brooks) after getting disheartened by her ex-husband's affair. The man gives her a new, positive outlook on life until his true intentions are revealed and his domineering ways begin to take over.

When secrets start to surface, Grace's vulnerable side turns violent and the only person who can help her put her life back together is a rookie public defender (Bresha Webb) when Grace is on trial for his murder.

The movie was entirely shot at Tyler Perry Studios, a production company founded by Tyler Perry in 2006, at its new set which opened in October 2019. Recently, the production company launched two new series with BET Networks, 'The Oval' and 'Sistahs'.

The movie also stars Phylicia Rashad, Cicely Tyson, Adrian Pasdar, Matthew Law, Donovan Christie Jr, Walter Fauntleroy, Angela Marie Rigsby and Tyler Perry.

The trailer has been met with positive responses from fans. One viewer tweeted, "Tyler Perry has created his own ways of telling an important part of our daily relationships, among black people in most of his movies like it or not he is getting it right. My opinion #AFallFromGrace."

Another fan wrote, "Tyler Perry is one of a few black men who can tell a story of a black woman that all black women across the globe can relate to #Afallfromgrace." One viewer tweeted, "Finally watched #AFallFromGrace trailer and it looks pretty darn good! No, I'm NOT a horror/thriller fan. However, this film has a "Who done it?" vibe that I can't resist."
