Myleene Klass slammed for posing topless with infant son in Maldives where nudity is prohibited: 'Have a little respect'

British singer and model Myleene Klass was slammed by her followers online after she posed topless in the Maldives where nudity is strictly banned.
Maldives being one of the top destination spots for celebrities to enjoy a Christmas vacation at, it was no surprise that the Smooth Radio presenter decided to visit the South Asian country with her husband, Simon Motson, daughters Ava, 12, and Hero, eight, and four-month-old son Apollo for a much-needed family getaway.
She posted an array of photos from her vacation on her Instagram page, posing with her family members on the beach, as they enjoyed sunsets and coconut water together. However, the latest snap, posted by Klass on Sunday, December 30, quickly became a source of outrage among a number of social media users.
In the photo, a topless Klass was seen smiling as she held her youngest son in the middle of the sea. The singer was wearing a pair of sunglasses as she crouched low underwater. Since the water was crystal clear, it was easy to see that she was not wearing any clothing on the upper half of her body.

People on social media were quick to point out that going nude in the Maldives was prohibited by law.
"Myleene the Maldives is an Islamic country with strict laws against women being topless, why don’t you have a little respect for the country you’re visiting and their religion!" one user quipped, while another commented, "Nice, but it’s illegal to go topless in the Maldives. Please consider this next time."
However, not everyone was up for chastizing Klass for her dressing choices or lack of it. "Some very negative people in this world! Nobody forces you to follow people on Instagram. If you don’t like what you see then may I suggest you don’t follow. It’s not rocket science – wonderful clip of a very happy family," a third said.
