In an interview with The New York Times on Saturday, July 25, Elon Musk again denied that he was romantically involved with Amber Heard before she divorced her ex-husband Johnny Depp. In addition, the SpaceX founder also did not accept the allegations that he, Heard, and model Cara Delevingne were involved in a threesome.

“I definitely was not having an affair with Amber while she was married to Johnny, this is totally false,” Musk told The New York Times. While commenting on the three-way tryst, he said, “We did not have the threesome, you know. So I think people think these things are generally more salacious than they are.” A deposition from a friend and former neighbor has earlier claimed that the 49-year-old had a good time with Heard and Delevingne at Depp's Los Angeles penthouse in late 2016 after the ‘Aquaman’ actress split from the 57-year-old A-list star. Musk’s name came into the ongoing blockbuster legal drama in London, where Depp is suing The Sun for calling him a “wife beater”. Heard has accused the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ star of domestic violence during their marriage. She filed for divorce after getting a restraining order against Depp in 2016. But the ‘Edward Scissorhands’ star has denied the allegations and instead accused the 34-year-old actress of being violent during their married life.

When Musk was asked about the explosive ongoing legal proceedings, he said he wanted Depp and Heard to forgive and forget. “For the two of them, I would just recommend that they bury the hatchet and move on,” the Tesla billionaire told the newspaper. During the interview, he also addressed Depp's reported tendency to belittle him by calling him “Mollusk.” “Well, yeah, I hope he recovers from this situation,” Musk added.

However, the Tesla CEO laughed when he was asked about a text sent to Lady Gaga’s ex-fiancee Christian Carino by Depp in which ‘The Lone Ranger’ star allegedly said he wanted to “slice off” Musk’s penis. In one of the messages revealed before the High Court in London on July 10, Depp allegedly told Carino, “I'll show him things he's never seen before like the other side of his d**k when I slice it off.” Besides, the actor also allegedly wrote: “She’s begging for total global humiliation…She’s gonna get it…she sucked Mollusk’s crooked d–k and he gave her some s–t lawyers…I have no mercy, no fear and not an ounce of emotion, or what I once thought was love for this gold-digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless dangling overused flappy fish market.”

Reacting to the alleged message, Musk told the Times on Saturday: “'If Johnny wants a cage fight, just let me know.”

In addition to all the Depp and Heard drama, Musk also talked about his family life as in May he welcomed his seventh child, and first with his girlfriend Grimes. The new father said the 32-year-old Canadian musician has a “much bigger role” in taking care of their son, whom they have named X Æ A-Xii. Terming babies as “just eating and pooping machines”, he said, “Right now there’s not much I can do.” “Grimes has a much bigger role than me right now. When the kid gets older, there will be more of a role for me,” Musk added.
