Matthew Perry received an Emmy nomination for 'The Ron Clark Story'
Perry's starring role in TNT's 'The Ron Clark Story,' which premiered on August 13, 2006, earned him nominations for an Emmy, a Golden Globe, and a SAG Award.
Based on a true story, Perry played Ron Clark, a teacher who moves from his North Carolina hometown to work in one of the poorest schools in New York City.
