MMA fighter Dillon Danis subject to restraining order after posting NSFW videos of Logan Paul's fiance Nina Agdal
PUERTO RICO: Logan Paul's fiance Nina Agdal has taken legal action to protect herself from MMA fighter Dillon Danis in the midst of an escalating social media feud. Agdal, who is engaged to fellow influencer and boxer Logan Paul, was granted a temporary restraining order against Danis, 30, amid allegations of harassment.
The tension between Nina Agdal, 31, and Danis has been building for weeks, coinciding with the lead-up to Logan Paul's scheduled fight with Dillon Danis on October 14.
During this period, Danis has allegedly engaged in a pattern of harassment directed at Agdal, particularly on social media platforms.
Danis, 30, is forbidden from “posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent,” according to TMZ Sports.
As a result of Agdal's concerns about her safety and well-being, she filed a lawsuit and simultaneously requested a restraining order against Danis.
The order, issued on Thursday, September 7, prohibits Danis from posting any content that depicts or portrays Agdal in a manner that was not intended for public sharing or was obtained without her consent.
Nina Agdal secures restraining order against MMA fighter Dillon Danis
Model Nina Agdal has made disturbing allegations against MMA fighter Dillon Danis, detailing a series of troubling incidents that prompted her to seek legal protection.
Agdal, known for her appearances in 'Sports Illustrated' magazine, claimed that Danis had engaged in an online campaign against her.
She accused him of posting over 250 offensive social media posts directed at her after his upcoming fight with her fiancee, Logan Paul, was announced.
Among the most concerning allegations, Agdal accused Danis of sharing a graphic and explicit photograph of her and another “romantic encounter” taken more than a decade ago during a private and intimate moment.
The photograph was posted without Agdal's consent and was left uncensored on Danis's Twitter account. To make matters worse, Danis reportedly reposted the explicit image on multiple occasions to maximize its visibility.
“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” the court documents stated.
“Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive,” the filing added.
Furthermore, Agdal's legal documents revealed that Danis repeatedly used derogatory and demeaning language to refer to her in his social media uploads, including terms such as "whore" and "slut."
These actions have deeply distressed Agdal, who is now seeking legal remedies to address the situation.
