Misa Hylton calls out Diddy after son Justin Combs' DUI arrest: 'I should have kept my child with me'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Misa Hylton, the mother of Justin Combs, son of renowned music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs took to social media to express her fuming thoughts and feelings in response to the news of Justin Combs' recent arrest. Over the weekend, Justin Combs found himself in legal trouble as he was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles after a police officer observed a vehicle running a red light.

Confirming the arrest, the Los Angeles Police Department stated that Justin Combs was arrested for driving under the influence on Sunday morning, June 4. Subsequently, TMZ published photos of the arrest, which depicted Combs engaging in a conversation with a police officer. The Los Angeles Police Department provided additional information, stating, "He was put through a sobriety test that he failed."

Misa Hylton fumes over her son's arrest

In one Instagram post, Misa Hylton wrote, "I'm not protecting no one anymore, just my son," accompanied by 100 emoji. She further elaborated on the situation, stating, "The statement 'a fish rots from the head down' means that, in addition to being a major contributing factor in a family or organization's success, leadership is also the root cause of its failure and demise. 'I should have kept my child with me!'

Misa Hylton continued to express her emotions through subsequent posts, saying, "Act BAD BAD boy I used to want to be a BAD Girl. I chose to be a QUEEN. Tried and true. I'm not perfect, but I am INTENTIONAL." She also expressed regret, stating, "I should have kept my child with me. F**k UCLA too. Everybody can get it." It is worth noting that Justin Combs played college football at UCLA and graduated from the university in 2016.

Misa Hylton further voiced her displeasure, criticizing Diddy's career choices, saying, "How do you go from one of the greatest to ever do it to making all your money off alcohol and suing the damn alcohol company? Sell something healthy that builds people up. I'm sick of it!!!! NOT MINES." Justin Combs has been involved in the film and television industry, with recent appearances in 'Power Book II: Ghost' and producer credits on multiple TV shows. However, he has been charged with a misdemeanor DUI and was duly processed. A bond of $5,000 was set, but it is currently unknown whether he remains in custody.
