Fans excited as Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino shows off 35-lb weight loss after release from prison

The actor said he lost weight by working out several times a day and going on fasts intermittently.

We all have seen Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino not hesitating to order everything on a menu but it looks like the prison life has changed the 'The Jersey Shore' star. The reality star showed off his incredible weight loss in the latest Instagram picture. Holding the dumbbells and showing off his toned muscles, Sorrentino acknowledged how he had lost 35 lbs.  "This is what it looks like when you turn a Negative Situation into a Positive Situation #clapbackseason lost 36 pounds," he captioned the picture. 

Fans were quick to applaud the reality star for his amazing transformation. "You look amazing! So happy for you & Laurens!!" wrote one user. Another added, "I’m so proud of you Mike !!!!!" Some fans still joked about Sorrentino's habit of trying everything on the menu. 

The fan wrote, "So, are you not ordering the entire menu anymore when you go out to eat?" Meanwhile, another added that the 'Jersey Shore' was always aware of his eating habits but chose to ignore them until now. 

"He knew what he was doing the entire time he was eating poorly 🤣 Jokes on us! Keto Guido #2," read the comment. Others thought that prison life helped Sorrentino to get in shape.  "10 months in prison worked well for the situation lol" read one comment. 

However, many missed the old Sorrentino who loved food as Joey in F.R.I.E.N.D.S. did. "I miss the situation the loved food too much 😭 he made me feel like it was okay to order one of everything off the menu," read the comment. Another chimed in adding, "I miss the funfetti lovin, Mike." 

Previously, speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Sorrentino revealed that he lost weight by working out several times a day and would often do intermittent fasting. “I had to continually challenge myself, whether it was in the gym and/or diet,” he said. “I worked out between two to three times per day.”
