Former first lady Michelle Obama, who released her inspirational workout playlist on Twitter, has been mocked relentlessly on social media.

She shared a surprising playlist on social media that was inclusive of several well-renowned artists. Michelle had shared the playlist to "offer a little inspiration" and give an "extra boost" to get through intense exercises and workouts. The post had included a playlist that was called "Michelle Obama’s 2020 workout playlist."

Michelle had also written a sweet message for her fans and followers and had asked them what was on their playlist. She had written, "It's about that time when New Year's resolutions get a bit harder to stick to. To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you."

"These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts. What's on your playlist?" she continued. The playlist includes artists such as Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Calvin Harris, and Ed Sheeran.

However, many Twitter users were not approving of Michelle's list and commented on it.

One such user shared, "You are NOT inspiring and we don’t need your proselytizations. Go take a walk on the beach in Cape Cod why don’t you." Another user added, "The taste Is just not there." Another social media user shared, "She’s gone from Netflix now to a fitness expert? " A fourth user chimed in, "I love you Michelle ... but our country is turning into an authoritarian, Russian-style dictatorship and you’re tweeting about playlists?"

We had previously reported that Michelle's husband Barack had paid a sweet tribute to his beloved wife for her 56th birthday. He took to social media to share a series of black and white photographs that seemed to have been taken inside a photo booth. The former president also wrote a touching message to his wife of 28 years and said, "In every scene, you are my star, @MichelleObama!"
