Michelle Obama stuns in natural curls, elegant white dress as she walks into Robert De Niro's New York hotel for luncheon
NEW YORK: Michelle Obama looked absolutely stunning as she walked around New York City's Tribeca neighborhood on July 25. The former first lady, 55, was seen in a V-neck midi dress with cuffed sleeves and an empire waist.
As reported by Daily Mail, she decided to pair the dress with a pair of brown leather wedges with cork heels which showed off her light blue toenail polish. Michelle was surrounded by a large group of people as she made her way into Robert De Niro's Greenwich Hotel for a luncheon. The event was attended by many celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Lily Aldridge, Georgia May Jagger, and Olivia Munn. Michelle chose to embrace her natural curls and had her hair styled down around her shoulders.
She also sported a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses and accessorized her look with a white handbag that had a navy blue and yellow scarf tied around it. She had flashed her diamond engagement ring and wedding band which was the only jewelry that she was sporting at the time.
Michelle seemed to be in great spirits as she left the hotel after the luncheon. The former first lady has a very hectic schedule in New York and on July 24, was seen leaving Le Bernardin which is an elite French restaurant in Midtown. She was seen sporting an ecru and black striped tank top which was tucked into slate gray satin pants. She had also sported a pair of strappy metallic gold and silver flats, a caged gold cuff, and dark sunglasses.
Recently, Michelle spoke to 100 first-generation college-bound students and told them that they shouldn't be intimidated by their classmates as she reflected on all the influential and powerful people that she has met over the years. "You always think that somebody else knows more than you do. I’ve been at probably every powerful table there is to be at. I have been on boards with some of the top CEOs. I’ve had dinner with the frickin’ Queen! I’ve been to the summit of world leaders. … They’re not smarter than you. I’ve met these people."
Michelle had graduated from Princeton University in 1985 and then got a law degree from Harvard University where she met her husband Barack Obama.
