Le cofounded Joystick, a Web3 esports organization that lends NFTs to players and maintains 100% of their generated cash, and was a pioneer of the "collab house" movement. Le has collaborated on product promotions with brands like Prada, Hugo Boss, Disney, and Ray-Ban, reported Forbes.

Joystick intends to create a system that allows anyone to hold tokens and other game assets and earn rewards for doing so.
