'Cruel' Mia Thornton claps back at 'RHOP' trolls
POTOMAC, MARYLAND: 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Mia Thornton has recently decided to clap back at her haters. The Potomac housewife, who has time and again been accused of bullying her co-stars, finally decided to share her thoughts on Twitter. Mia noted that she herself had been bullied as a child. The star also stated that she was surviving and thriving now.
Taking to the social media website, the 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star tweeted that she had experienced physical and sexual trauma, which caused her to be unable to articulate. Mia wrote, "I was bullied most of my childhood because of my big hands and feet, acne, and the inability to articulate due to physical and sexual abuse trauma." She also sent a clear message to all her bullies that if they are criticizing her looks, they should remember they are attacking someone who is "surviving and thriving despite it all." The 'RHOP' housewife added, "So if you choose to criticize my physical looks, realize you are criticizing someone who keeps surviving and thriving despite it all."

But while Mia might have thought she was trashing her haters' views, several 'RHOP' fans were quick to point the finger at the star for being cruel toward her co-stars on the Bravo TV show. Many noted that while they were empathic toward Mia for her struggles, she did not have the right to mistreat her co-stars. In the comments section of an Instagram post about the Tweet, one fan noted, "Wait but she has criticized peoples looks. I understand you don't know someone's past trauma and what they have been through and what it can physically and mentally do to them….buttttt maybe she should be practicing what she is preaching?" While another chimed in with: Then she should be kinder to others - especially her best friend," highlighting Mia's interactions with her best friend, Jaqueline Blake. Another also recalled her shady behavior toward co-star Wendy Osefo and wrote, "Yet she shades Wendy about her finances while she is the one who grew up in poverty."
A social media user also added, "It's sad that she suffered as a child....And sadder still that she treats others so poorly. She should have been more empathic, not cruel and abusive herself." While another noted, "So the bullied turned into the bully… we see you 🙄." One found her behavior "deplorable" and penned, "And yet she body shamed Wendy last year and has not only assaulted Wendy but she also bullied her best friend of 20 years as well. Maybe next time be nice to others and don't use your trauma as an excuse for your deplorable behavior."
