MGK hits back at haters trolling his style when they 'have none' after bold Dolce & Gabbana outfit post
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Machine Gun Kelly slammed online trolls who criticized his sense of style on Monday, January 13, 2023, after the singer showed off a bold metallic Dolce & Gabbana ensemble on his social media. The 32-year-old rapper, who is known for his over-the-top outfits, took to his Twitter to clap back at haters commenting on his fashion choices. "You can't comment about my style if you have none," he wrote and shared a screenshot of the tweet on Instagram, captioning the post, "Keep your insecurities to yourself."
MGK's post came one day after his appearance at the Dolce & Gabbana Men's Fall/Winter 23/24 show in Milan where he opted for an eye-catching silver metallic jacket from the luxurious brand that flashed some of his midriff tattoos. In the post, the Grammy nominee held his hand up to show off sparking, silver pieces that covered his fingers. The singer duly experimented with his look as he kept his platinum blonde locks in a messy bun, showcasing a pair of rectangular-shaped, dangly earrings. He also had a large, silver chunky bracelet on his left wrist. Kelly completed the look with a thick layer of winged, glittering eyeliner which resembled the psychedelic makeup showcased on 'Euphoria'.

Known for his high fashion, Kelly spoke to GQ about why his collaboration with D&G proved to be a natural fit. "Fashion and music have always gone together," he told the outlet in January 2022, adding, "I love it when it's genuine, and I hate it when it's fake, when it's… styled. I've been guilty of having looks where I'm thinking, 'I'd never wear that.' Emphasis on the 'I.'"
MGK continued, "Other people have told me, 'You should wear that,' and, you know, I did. But that's necessary growing pains in developing your style, you got to figure out what you don't like before you know what you do."
