Melania Trump looks stunning in white Gucci coat as she gives passionate anti-cyberbullying speech
Melania Trump showed up in a white Gucci dress to speak at the Governors' Spouses' luncheon held in the Blue Room of the White House on Monday, February 10.
For the occasion, she donned a $3,980 white belted wool coat by the eminent designer as he smiled and took the stage in the afternoon, just hours after hosting the annual Governor's Ball alongside her husband, President Donald Trump, the night before.
Despite back-to-back hosting events, she did not look worn out or tired as her makeup was perfectly done with not a single hair out of place and her slender frame suited in the flattering winter white coat from Gucci's Pre-Fall 2019 collection, which was inspired by the style of the 70s.
The frock featured a notched collar, four zipped pockets, and a matching signature "GG" belt around her waist.
The white fabric of her coat helped bring out the former model's holiday tan as she wore her highlighted brown hair in loose waves around her shoulders. Smokey eye makeup and a glossy nude lip finished off her look.
The mother-of-one delivered an impassioned speech at the event to raise awareness about cyberbullying - one of three components of the first lady's "Be Best" youth initiative. During her speech, she cited the influence of singer Billy Ray Cyrus as she urged spouses of the nation's governors to address cyberbullying in their respective states.
“I know the many issues associated with online safety will be hard to stop, but there is a need now more than ever to teach our children healthy behavior to secure a safer future for all of them,” the first lady said before she sat down with the spouses for lunch.
She also asked them to help “promote values of encouragement, kindness, compassion and respect.”
Melania and Cyrus met last November at the White House.
