Melania flaunts exclusive Birkin handbag, Internet says it gives her 'more emotional satisfaction' than Trump

Melania Trump looked stunning in a camel-colored shirt dress with a matching designer handbag worth thousands while returning to the White House

First Lady Melania Trump was seen returning to the White House on Sunday, August 16 evening but all eyes were on her gorgeous color-coordinated look. She sported a stunning designer ensemble – was seen in a designer dress and a matching handbag which is believed to cost thousands of dollars. Melania wore a camel-colored shirt dress which she paired with a matching brown Birkin bag and stilettos. 

According to Express, the outfit perfectly matched Melania's caramel streaked hair. The Compact Cotton shirt dress had been designed by Stella McCartney which has already been sold out online. The shirt collar dress also features a tan-colored belt, a button through front and long sleeves, and had last gone on sale for around $700. 

The first lady was seen wearing the dress in a tight knot which accentuated her stunning waistline and gave the whole look a much more striking silhouette. Melania accessorized her look with a statement Birkin handbag which stood out from her outfit. 

The Hermes Birkin bags are known to be some of the most expensive handbags in the world and are amongst the most exclusive accessories amongst celebrities. It has been reported that Melania has quite the collection of the bags. The bag she was seen flaunting was both stunning and an exclusive edition handbag.

The cheapest Birkin bags cost around $18,364 (£14,000) while some are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. It is believed that one bag had sold for $377,000 (£287,403.99) as it had a crocodile leather design that featured over 240 diamonds. 

In the past, Melania has been seen with bags from the brand including one in black crocodile leather. It is believed that the first lady owns six of these handbags in total. Hermes is very selective as to who can buy its Birkin bags and only the richest and wealthiest are allowed to purchase the accessory. 

It is reported that the brand has also cut off people if they feel like they own too many, in order to maintain the exclusivity. 

Many social media users commented on Melania's outfit and bag with some pointing out how she had smacked away her husband Trump's hand from holding hers again. One such user had commented, "That Birkin bag gives her more emotional satisfaction than trumpy."

Another user commented, "She should have switched the Birkin bag to the hand closest to Trump. Then he would’ve had to walk around to her other side to hold her hand."

Trying a for graceful exit downstairs in stilettos (hopefully not face planting) while the wind blows your skirt up & hair covering your face, when your husband grabs your hand for a photo op but you gotta hang on to that big Birkin bag because woman just do that," shared another social media user. 

Yet another commented, "Melania pulls away from #Trump when probably he's only trying to take her hand... but it does look kinda like she's protecting her #Birkin. She's clutching it to avoid holding hands with Trump."

This is the first time that Melania was spotted with her husband POTUS Donald Trump and their son Barron Trump, 14 ever since the coronavirus pandemic began.
