Meghan Markle stuns in Maya Miko wrap dress and wedges as she starts 10-day royal tour in Cape Town with Prince Harry
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, looked stunning as she arrived for day one of her 10-day tour in Cape Town along with her husband, Prince Harry.
The mother of one was seen sporting a Maya Miko wrap dress which was made from a sustainable African label. She paired her look with heeled wedges worth £80 by a brand, Castaner, that is loved by her sister-in-law Kate Middleton. She had last worn them on her royal tour to Australia in 2018.
Her beautiful patterned wrap dress is estimated to cost around £69. As per the website, the Maya Miko dress is currently sold out and has been made from locally sourced 100% cotton in Malawi. It is made by the artisans who work in the Mayamiko workshop. The duchess was seen smiling as sported her hair pulled back in a neat ponytail.
She accessorized her look with a pair of £482.46 diamond and turquoise earrings designed by Jennifer Meyer. Markle was seen hugging children as she entered the Nyanga Township in Cape Town along with Prince Harry. She will attend a workshop that teaches children their rights, safety, and self-awareness.
Just a couple of hours before this, the couple had landed in Cape Town after flying a British Airways flight. Markle was seen sporting a stylish grey coat, with a pair of white jeans, and flats worth £133. She arrived with Prince Harry and the couple's 4-month-old baby Archie who was seen wearing a tiny bobble hat.
The hat closely resembled one that the Duke of Sussex himself had worn when he was carried by the late Princess Diana. The couple has plunged into the tour straight away with Markle intending to give a speech on gender violence within hours of arriving.
