Although Meghan Markle and Harry made a joint decision to step down as senior members of the royal family last month, it seems that only the former is getting major backlash since the resignation.

While many followers expressed anger at her for the couple's decision to profit off of speaking engagements with companies like JP Morgan (which has allegedly pumped over $78B into companies behind fracking and Arctic oil and gas exploration), others declared a recently uploaded behind-the-scenes video from Meghan's time as guest-editing a Vogue cover to be cringe-worthy. Meghan seems to be unable to catch a breath when it comes to facing the brunt of negative publicity. Most of the negative comments have showered on the couple's Instagram page.

"Scroungers. Using tax payer funds vehicle getting paid to sell your souls to JP Morgan. You wanted privacy so why are you posting videos from the past," one comment read on the Sussex Royal Instagram page, while another one said, "She seduced him. She brainwashed him. She controlled him. She drove him out of his mind. He no longer has an identity of his own. She turned him into a carbon copy of herself. She betrayed him and the whole Royal Family."

Yet a third wrote: "Self promotion again! You're irrelevant."

Most of the negative comments were deleted from social media.

Interestingly, although the Sussex Royal brand and their related social media pages are managed by the combined efforts of Meghan and Harry, as well as a team of experts, it was the mother-of-one who was solely accused of deleting nasty comments on their brand's Instagram page post-Megxit.

"Every time you delete my comment it means you’ve read it..  " one Instagram user wrote, while a second said, "She has a new job of deleting comments."

Another quipped: "My comments been deleted Surprise...surprise  narcissist Me me Megan doesn’t do anything negative about her!!!"

The allegations against Meghan were brought days after actress Amber Heard was blamed for doing something similar after leaked audiotapes proved that she was not the victim but the perpetrator of domestic abuse against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.
