Meghan Markle takes Archie on his first public outing to support Prince Harry at charity polo match
Prince Harry and Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle's two-month-old son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor made his first public appearance as he joined his parents at a polo match on Wednesday.
Markle was spotted cradling Archie in her arms as she cheered on her husband Prince Harry and brother-in-law Prince William in a charity tie organized at Billingbear Polo Club in Wokingham, Surrey. The 37-year-old appeared to be a doting mother as she was photographed gazing at her baby boy and planting a kiss on his forehead.
Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton was also present at the event and was seen playing on the grass with her children Prince George, five; Princess Charlotte, four; and Prince Louis, one. This is the first time the Sussexes and the Cambridges were seen together as families ever since Archie's birth two months ago.
Reports state that Prince William and Prince Harry were competing on opposing teams at the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day, held in honor of the late Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, who died in a helicopter crash in October 2018, according to the Daily Mail.
Although royal supporters expected William and Harry at the charity event, no one knew that their families would be joining too. Markle was dressed in a khaki green dress and wore designer sunglasses by Givenchy as she enjoyed the game from the shade of a small car park there.
The Duchess of Sussex appeared in good spirits as she flashed a smile and hugger her newborn. She was also joined by her one-year-old nephew Louis at one point and laughed as the toddler wore an oversized pair of shades and pulled a funny face, the outlet reported.
Although William and Harry were the center of attraction on the pitch, spectators keenly watched young Prince Louis who was tottering around excitedly on the sidelines.
