'RHOC' star Meghan King says estranged hubby Jim Edmonds socialized with their nanny without telling her: 'Why would he lie?'
Meghan King has decided to break her silence and took to social media to discuss the recent rumor about her husband Jim Edmonds' infidelity.
The 35-year-old former 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star shared a long blog post about Jim's rumored affair with their nanny, Carly Wilson. She referred to a picture of her husband and nanny attending a hockey game together. She recalled how Jim blatantly lied about it and refused to include her on future texts with the nanny.
"To be clear, I don’t know if Jim slept with our babysitter or whether they were just being exceedingly inappropriate by hanging out socially without either of them telling me (and Jim expressly lying to me about it). I’ve gone back and forth with my thoughts for a couple of days but as I write this, I don’t think he did. But I still don’t understand why he’d lie. And why would she lie?" she added.
Meghan had also shared how painful it was to go through Jim's sexting scandals in June when he confessed to having an inappropriate conversation and exchanging 'lewd photos' with another woman. He denied having any physical relationship with the woman.
She shared, "Out of respect for my children and my family, I find it unnecessary to go into all the gritty details. What I will say is that, in the wake of the sexting situation, my husband was drinking and partying with much younger women, including several of our babysitters, and I found this galavanting inappropriate, immature, and downright odd".
She went on to add how she had written off the behavior as during many of these outings as his 22-year-old daughter was present. "Even more so when he started lying about where he was going or who he was going with — and deleting entire text conversations on his phone with several of these young women," she shared.
The former 'RHOC' star also spoke about how she heard about Jim filing for divorce from a reporter who seemed to have a lot of personal information that only Jim and his lawyer would know.
