Putting an end to the endless speculations surrounding their parched relationship and Megan Fox's growing proximity with Machine Gun Kelly, Brian Austin Green has finally confirmed his split with the 'Jennifer's Body' actress and the mother of his three children. While reports hinted that the 34-year-old ‘Transformers’ star was allegedly cheating on her husband with the rapper after they were spotted grabbing food together in Los Angeles amid the pandemic, Green said in the latest (May 18)  episode of his podcast 'With Brian Austin Green' that he doesn’t want either Fox or the 30-year-old rapper whose real name is Colson Baker, to be treated as "villains".

“I just want to be able to clear the air on everything going on. This is it, I don’t want to have to talk about this anymore, Megan doesn't really want to talk about it anymore, I'm sure Colson doesn't want to talk about it anymore, so this is kind of everything." Fox and Green share three children together — seven-year-old Noah Shannon, six-year-old Bodhi Ransom and three-year-old Journey River. Talking about the impact their split is going to have on their children, the actor expressed, "We talked about the fact that separation — we can't pretend that it won't affect the kids because it will. The control we have is how it affects the kids."

Apart from the future of their children, Fox and Green’s split is expected to be subjected to further complications as they reportedly haven't signed a prenup. This isn’t the first time they have decided to walk different paths. Fox had previously filed for divorce from Green in 2015. Green, in response, filed his own paperwork asking for spousal support and joint custody of their two children. Around the same time, it was also reported that they did not have a prenup and following their head-on collision with a drunk driver, Green suffered from vertigo and he was out of work for a long time. However, they reconciled in 2016 expecting their third child.

Green is popular for essaying David Silver in television's hit series 'Beverly Hills, 90210'. Although he has been being a regular on other series including 'Freddie', 'Wedding Band' and ‘'Anger Management', the actor hasn't experienced much commercial success in the past few years, especially after TBS comedy 'Wedding Band' got canceled due to low ratings.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Green is worth $10 million. The same website also states that since 2009, he and Fox have sold several of their real estate assets, including their two Los Angeles homes worth $2.6 million and $1.29 million. Reportedly, they have even bought a two-acre property in Malibu worth $3.3 million from Brad Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante. As the news regarding their split has just been announced by Green, we need to wait and see if he's going to file paperwork yet again seeking spousal support from Fox.
