After publicly dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly for months, actress Megan Fox has finally filed for divorce from estranged husband actor Brian Austin Green. According to sources close to the couple, there is no prenuptial agreement between the duo, so earnings during their 10-year marriage are community property and will be divided half, reports TMZ.

The actress filed her divorce documents on Wednesday, November 25, after nearly 10-and-a-half years of marriage to the '90210' star. In the documents obtained by TMZ, Megan has asked for joint legal and physical custody of their three kids. She also wants to terminate the ability for either her or Brian to get spousal support. Brian filed a response agreeing to almost everything except he kept the option of  spousal support open. Neither has indicated anything when it comes to child support. Also, there’s a major discrepancy on their date of separation where Megan said they split in November 2019 and Brian lists March 5, 2020.

Brian and Megan got married back in June 2010 in Hawaii, and have three kids together — Noah Shannon, 8, Bodhi Ransom, 6, and Journey River, 4. As per Celebrity Net Worth, the 34-year-old actress has a net worth of $8 million and so does 46-year-old Brian.

Brian and Megan met for the first time on the sets of 'Hope & Faith' in 2004, when the actress was just 18 and he 30. They dated for about two years and initially got engaged in November 2006 before calling it off in February 2009. The duo got engaged yet again over a year later and tied the knot soon after in 2010. Five years after their nuptials, the couple hit another bump, separating after Fox initially filed for divorce. At the time, the two announced they were having a third child together — and reconciled the following year. The new divorce petition comes a year-and-a-half after Fox filed to dismiss the original one in April 2019.

Fox has since started dating Kelly, 30, who she co-starred with in the upcoming film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Megan made headlines on Sunday, November 22, after she appeared at the American Music Awards alongside Machine Gun Kelly, making their first official red carpet debut as a couple. The two posed arm-in-arm before heading into the 2020 AMAs in Los Angeles. The 34-year-old actress presented at the awards show while the 30-year-old Kelly, whose real name is Richard Colson Baker, performed with Travis Barker.

Megan introduced Kelly's performance, saying, "Once in a lifetime, magic can happen." She added that the world has been under "the spell" of Kelly since his music debut in 2012.

A source close to Brian said the actor is having a hard time with Megan's new relationship with Kelly. "It's a tough situation. As a dad, Brian is great. He is wonderful with the boys," the source said. "The issue is that he is bitter that Megan moved on so quickly with Machine Gun Kelly. It's been very hard for him. His behavior can be pretty immature when it comes to Megan though. He knows how to get Megan upset. In the past, he was advised to chill out and just focus on doing the right thing for the boys."
