LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Megan Fox and her ex-husband Brian Austin Green are preparing for a custody dispute over their three sons, as per Radar Online. Since their 2020 divorce, the two have co-parented their children, Noah Shannon, 10, Bodhi Ransom, 8, and Journey River, 6. However, Fox is rumored to be eager for the children to spend more time with their soon-to-be stepdad Machine Gun Kelly.

Currently, Fox, 36, and Green, 49, have joint custody of their children. But according to sources, Green has been spending more time with the boys as they bond with Zane, the 5-month-old son of his current girlfriend, Sharna Burgess of 'Dancing With The Stars'.

The 'Transformers' actress reportedly seems to want to foster her sons' relationship with MGK before they get married in the coming months. "Megan and Colson plan to get married in the spring, and she wants her boys to make Colson part of their family, too," an insider told Radar Online, referring to MGK by his real name, Colson Baker. "Megan wants to have kids with Colson and believes her boys need to start thinking of him as their father figure," the source added.

A source said Green doesn't want to keep his children apart from Fox, but the source also claimed that Green won't accept anything less than a continued 50/50 parenting split. "People are convinced they're headed to court to work out their very different views," the insider said.

The couple married in 2010, without a prenup, according to Radar, and divorced 10 years later in 2020. A settlement agreement was made behind the scenes that included joint legal custody of the boys. Fox originally filed for divorce in 2015 after five years of marriage to Green, citing irreconcilable differences. Then the two announced they were having a third child together and reconciled the following year, before finally splitting up in 2020.

During a September 2017 episode of his '...with Brian Austin Green podcast', Green admitted that being in a relationship "takes work and it’s not easy." "Marriage is hard," he said. "It’s work, I think for anyone. I think when you get to the point like we have, where you have kids and you’ve been married for a while and we’ve been together for a long time, it’s, you just take it day by day."
