Meg Ryan is 'waiting' for Kevin Costner's divorce drama to settle to explore 'major spark' between them
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meg Ryan, 61, is said to be bidding her time, waiting to approach the newly single Kevin Costner, 68. She has developed quite a liking for the ‘Yellowstone’ star, per Radar Online.
Costner is yet to emerge from his bitter divorce drama with his wife of almost 10 years, Christine Baumgartner, after she shockingly filed for divorce earlier this year in the month of May.
However, as per the rumor, Costner may find romance again in the arms of the ‘Sleepless in Seattle’ actress as she is allegedly crushing on the Oscar-winning star.

According to the insiders, Ryan’s alleged liking for Costner is not a new thing. Sources said, "She's always had a soft spot for Kevin," Radar Online reported, quoting a National Enquirer report.
The insider added, "Whenever they'd run into each other at showbiz events through the years, there was a major spark."
The source claimed that the ‘When Harry Met Sally’ star always remembered the “spark,” while adding that she is just waiting for the ‘The Bodyguard’ star’s divorce procedures to wind down before se makes a move.
The two stars were once slated to star opposite each other in ‘The Tortilla Curtain’ in mid-2000s, however the film did not materialize.
The insider added, "It's one of her big regrets that they never managed to work together.”
While Ryan is single since 2019, following her break up with John Mellencamp, the insider shared, "Meg's not given up on dating forever, she's just waiting for the right candidate — and Kevin checks every box of what she'd love in her next guy."
"He's passionate about his craft, he's a musician and he's good-looking," the insider listed the attributes, before adding, "It also helps that he lives right down the street from her in Santa Barbara!”
They also revealed that "Meg is putting the word out among their mutual friends that she's there if Kevin ever wants some company.”
The insider quipped in conclusion, "He just might give her a call when he's ready to date again. He always thought she was cute."
