There seems to be a possibility of a new potential couple on the block. As reported by Daily Mail, actor Matt Smith was seen getting supposedly cozy with director Sophie Russell as he left the Groucho club in Soho, London, on September 21. According to the report, last week, he was spotted enjoying a night out with ‘Game Of Thrones’ actress Emilia Clarke.
During his latest outing, the 37-year-old actor was seen stroking Russell’s hair as they waited in the street before getting a rickshaw. According to the report, they looked comfortable in each other’s company and were noticed to be playfully flirting with each other. Both of them were dressed casually – Smith was seen in white trainers, a black rucksack and a silver pendant necklace, while Russell was wearing a dotty monochrome dress, trainers and a black suede biker jacket. The rickshaw ride also seemed to be fun, as Daily Mail spotted Russell giggling and having a nice time. After their fun rickshaw ride, the duo was spotted getting into a black cab. Who is Sophie Russell?
According to Just Jared, Russell is a director and has directed several short films. She has also worked on several commercials. According to Just Jared, her website says that she pursued the MA Directing Fiction course at the National Film and Television School in 2016. She’s currently developing her first feature film.
Earlier, Smith had the rumor mills buzzing when he was seen with Clarke. They appeared together in the 2015 movie ‘Terminator: Genisys’. The duo were all smiles as they strolled through Soho together, after having dinner at the Russian-inspired Bob Bob Ricard restaurant, reports Daily Mail.
The actor split from actress Lily James about nine months ago. As reported by the website, Smith had previously dated model Daisy Lowe, the daughter of rock star Gavin Rossdale. He was also romantically linked to Karen Gillan. They were co-stars on ‘Doctor Who’ between 2010 and 2013. A year later, he met James on the set of ‘Pride And Prejudice And Zombies’. They were seen enjoying in a London park while enjoying some ice cream and lounging on the grass, as per the report. Previously, before their London park outing, the duo was spotted heading to a hotel after partying into the early hours at a private members' club together, as per Daily Mail.
