'Married At First Sight': Is Brandon's concern about Taylor's social media addiction justified? Fans think so

Brandon said he doesn't appreciate all of his private moments being put on full display on social media and fans seem to agree

Brandon Reid and Taylor Dunklin's honeymoon in Panama ended on a bitter note with the former throwing tantrums over the production following him around with a camera. Although he claims to be a private person, he still signed up for a reality show like 'Married At First Sight'.

This conversation — about being a private and closed person — came up during the couple's dinner date as well. It started off well with a bunch of cocktails, but one could see Brandon being put off by Taylor trying to click a picture of their drinks before they could even start sipping on them.

Brandon shared how he felt about posting pictures on social media. In his confessional, he said how he despised people who live for likes adding that there's nothing real about it.

However, Taylor was able to convince him that he enjoys taking pictures of her travels and food and sharing them online. Social media is important to her not because of the number of likes and shares, but because it lets her stay in touch with friends and family.

What's interesting to note here is Brandon actually communicating an issue that bothers him rather than choosing to stay silent like he did the last time. In the previous episode, Brandon gave Taylor the silent treatment over her taping him while he snored.

She found it cute and something to joke about later, but Brandon was not one bit pleased. He even ridiculed her in front of the rest of the couples while at the poolside.

Taylor called him out for the disrespectful behavior and he was immediately sorry for what he had done. He even set up a bathtub date with his wife, complete with rose petals and champagne.

Meanwhile, fans are siding with Brandon this time. They are in agreement with how weird it gets when everything is shared on social media.

"Brandon is rightfully concerned about being paired with someone who is obsessed with social media and who constantly takes and posts photos, including what she eats and drinks. #MAFS #MarriedatFirstSight," a fan expressed.

Another posted: "Ok that was awkward Taylor...Can she not feel his body language about taking the picture of that drink? That's the one time I was on Brandon's side #MarriedatFirstSight."

"Warning!!! Red flag!!! Live your life off of social media!!! It’s not real, Taylor!!! #MAFS #marriedatfirstsight," a viewer tweeted. "As much as I don't like Brandon, constant social media shit would get on my nerves too. #MarriedAtFirstSight," another user pointed out.
