Celebrity fitness trainer Mandy Blank, 42, found dead in bathtub of her LA residence
It is reported that she was pronounced dead at the scene and no drugs or alcohol were found at the scene and there's nothing criminally suspicious about her death.
Mandy Blank was found dead at her Los Angeles home at the young age of 42. As reported by TMZ, Blank "was discovered by a housekeeper in the bathtub of her L.A. home" on Monday. It is reported that she was pronounced dead at the scene and "no drugs or alcohol were found at the scene and there's nothing criminally suspicious about her death". According to NY Daily News, an autopsy and toxicology screening have been 'planned'.
Blank's colleague Annette Milbers shared, "I’m absolutely shocked, for sure. We messaged last week. She always made other people feel great, and she had reached out to me because I competed. She said how proud she was. She was such a passionate, kind person. Her purpose was always to express love through body movement." Milbers continued, "She was a very unpretentious person, which can be rare in our industry. She was all about connecting with people on whatever level they were on."
As per Blank's website, her clients included the likes of Alex Rodriguez, Jared Leto, Matt LeBlanc, Mickey Rourke, Dave Navarro, and Pauly Shore. Her website also shares that she was "the youngest competitor ever to win the coveted IFBB World Championships". She had also said that ' Bodybuilding And Fitness Magazine' had recently ranked her as having "the greatest glutes of all time".
Blank was featured on several magazine covers, including Oxygen Magazine, Glutes Magazine, and Muscle & Fitness Magazine.
