'MAFS: Couple's Cam': Jephte Pierre and Shawniece Jackson deal with baby drama

Fans of the show think it's time for either 'counseling or canceling' the Season 6 couple

For the couples of 'Married At First Sight', their relationship is a work in progress, being that even though some of them have been together for years, their circumstances are truly unique. After all, marrying a stranger at the first meeting implies that the two individuals have had zero opportunities to talk about their future, goals, and dreams, resulting in one person having to compromise. And, even though Jephte Pierre and Shawniece Jackson tied the knot back in 2018, the couple still seems to clash endlessly.

Pierre and Jackson have always had fans in a tizzy about their relationship. While the two of them are parents to a daughter, Laura, who they both love dearly, the couple themselves have been on again and off again, seeing that they have separated, only to get back together. On the latest episode of 'Couple's Cam', there seems to be more friction between the couple, who are now talking about having baby number 2. For Pierre, he's always wanted a big family of four kids with the possibility of adopting as well.

He even mentioned that if things were to go his way, he'd have more than one child by now. Jackson, on the other hand, has stated that she wants three children and not four. Unfortunately, the two can't seem to compromise on a number even during their planning process, with Pierre worried that even if they agree, what would stop Jackson from changing her mind after baby number three.

When Jackson busted out her journal to discuss the same with Pierre, he made it clear that their constant disagreements had resulted in cold feet and that they should consider this an open conversation until they agree on just how many kids they want.

However, this seemed to have ticked Jackson off, who believes that all they do is stall and delay all their plans. She was also visibly upset that they could never agree on anything, while Pierre kept trying to point out that this attitude is what makes marriage fail.

With their issues left unresolved, the two were rather annoyed with each other by the end of the episode and by the end of it, so were the fans.  "Jephte & Shaunice need counseling or cancelling. They communicate horribly…#MAFSCouplesCam" tweeted a fan. "Jephte is hyper-focused on having multiple children, and that will always make conversations about anything else difficult. #mafs #CouplesCam #mafscouplescam," added another.

Others believed that the couple might be a match made in 'MAFS' heaven after all. "@MAFSLifetime please stop with Jephete and shawniece fighting every episode. Can't take it," said another. "Shawniece & Jephte drama queens #MAFSCouplesCam," agreed another. "Shawniece and Jephte really have been having issues since the beginning. My goodness #CouplesCam #MAFS," tweeted a fan.

Fans also thought that the couple needs to prioritize before they fan plan to have more kids. "Jephte yall look like you need a bigger place first,for all the kids. #marriedatfirstsightcouplecam @MAFSLifetime," observed a fan. "Wait. Did Shawniece say "health insurance?!" Does that mean they don't have any???? #MAFS #CouplesCam," said another.
