SICILY, ITALY: Pop queen turns 64! Madonna shared a video of her birthday celebrations on Instagram on Tuesday, August 16 in Italy which showed her French kissing two women passionately in the back of her car evoking her well-known on-stage VMAs kiss from 2003.
The singer looked ravishing with her long platinum hair and a flowy maxi dress with blue and white patterns. She is accessorized with layered necklaces and hefty bracelets. Madonna captioned the video: "Birthday kisses with my side bitches…..💋💋🥂🎂👑💙!"

In the video, Madonna danced in her summer outfit before hopping in the car with Guy Oseary, her manager, and other friends. The joyous video clip is set to Dean Martin's classic song 'That's Amore.'
The 'Like a Virgin' singer passionately french kissed two glamorous women sitting on either side of her in a car. The post was a reminder of her on-stage kiss with Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.
The steamy video was released a day after the singer posted family photos celebrating her son Rocco Ritchie, who turned 22 on August 11. She even gave fans a rare look at her youngest children, twins Stella and Estere, who are now 9 years old.
