The 25-year old delivery driver caught every girl's attention when he stepped into 'Love Island' villa. With his dark, handsome looks and smooth-talking Melvin wasted no time in charming all the ladies. Fan-favorite islander Trina Njoroge seems to be especially drawn to Melvin. According to a thread on Reddit, Cinco reportedly already has a girlfriend. In his introduction video, Cinco claims that he has been single for 2.5 years, although he does admit that he had some 'situationships' before quickly adding that none of them were serious. But according to a Reddit user with the username- tiak1229, that might not be entirely true. The user revealed that Cinco reportedly 'loves' his girlfriend who stays in Pennsylvania. The user also shared that they got this information from a co-worker who happens to be friends with Cinco's rumored girlfriend.
The user also revealed that talks of marriage too occurred between the couple and he reportedly described 'Love Island' as a 'job opportunity'. Needless to say, fans aren't very pleased about Cinco's shady relationship status. A fan tweeted expressing how Cinco was giving off Johnny Middlebrooks vibes from Season 2.
