CLEVELAND, OHIO: Logan Paul, or 'The Maverick', as he is known to his fans, recently reacted to Paul "Triple H" Levesque's message on social media after his iconic win at WWE Crown Jewel.

Paul won his first WWE title, the United States Title, after defeating Rey Mysterio at the just-completed Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia. The Maverick used the brass knuckles to his advantage in the latter stages of the match.

Logan Paul shows his gratitude toward Triple H

After Logan Paul's fight, Triple H took to his X and Instagram accounts and heaped praise over Paul for his incredible performance while sharing a photo of the two. In response, the 28-year-old thanked The Game for believing in him.

Triple H wrote, "Just 8 matches into his career, @LoganPaul has cemented his place in the world of sports entertainment... and now, he’s got the hardware to prove it. Congratulations to your new U.S. Champion, “The Maverick” Logan Paul. #USTitle #WWECrownJewel."

Paul replied by reposting the tweet and said, "Thanks for believing in me boss."

Teddy Long praises Logan Paul

Teddy Long, a former general manager of SmackDown and WWE legend, complimented Logan Paul and gave him credit for taking the pro wrestling business seriously. Speaking on The Wrestling Time Machine on Sportskeeda Wrestling, Long asserted that The Maverick's widespread appeal made him a potential draw.

He said, "That's because he wants it. He takes his job seriously. And the other things too. Logan Paul going to Saudi Arabia, you know what I mean. Look what you got. These people actually know him for his entertainment career, not as a wrestler. So now they are getting two for one. So he could be a huge draw there just by himself."

He added, "But to go with him and Rey, Rey has got a history, so that's gonna be huge, man. And working with Rey is gonna be so great for him because Rey will be able to talk to him and keep him on the right page. They are gonna have a hell of a match, man."
