The late Chester Bennington's wife, Talinda, is recalling their last moments together by posting a TikTok video to commemorate the five-year anniversary of his death on Wednesday.

The widow of the Linkin Park frontman posted a touching TikTok about their final kiss on Wednesday, the fifth anniversary of his passing. The 45-year-old founder of 320 Changes Direction wrote, "Just sitting here thinking that I can't believe it's been five years since I last saw you and kissed your sweet face goodbye."

On this day (July 20) in 2017, the renowned Linkin Park vocalist passed away at the age of 41. The news was shocking not only for the music industry but also for millions of fans, family members, friends, and, of course, his bandmates.

Talinda founded the nonprofit organization 320 Changes Direction after he passed away in an effort to, in the words of the organization's website, "change the culture about mental health, mental illness, and wellness."

In her TikTok post, Talinda penned, "5 years. I didn't think I could breathe this long without you. R.I.P. my love #grief #widow #suicideawarness." The video was soundtracked by a snippet from Dead By Sunrise's track 'Give Me Your Name', which features the chorus, "And I fall into the ocean, inside of your arms, taking me deeper where all the pain goes."

Their son Tyler, one of three children they shared, urged people who were experiencing mental health problems to seek help by saying, "I can't believe it's been half a decade without you,” he wrote alongside a video made up of Chester photos. "If you or anyone you know struggles with mental illness, please get the help you need," he continued.

As the family remembers the Linkin Park vocalist, Twitter users have been using the hashtag #Chester to honor the late musician today.

"Today I’m sharing this compilation that I made, to remember his joy, his energy, his goofy sense of humor, his laughter, and hopefully to make some of you smile #ChesterBennington #LinkinPark," was the caption of a compilation posted by @BroodingAnanas. Chester "saved a whole generation by describing his own pain," according to @tealshots, who also noted that Chester was "not only a rock star but a husband, father, friend, role model, as well as inspiration for millions throughout the world." @LPGozza also praised Chester for being "more than just a rock star." Chester Bennington is described as "having kindness, class, and connection" by @STACKmag.

Furthermore, @LPAssociation wrote, "We know today is difficult for many people. We miss Chester every time we hear a Linkin Park song or stumble across a photo of him online, so it's true for us as well, and not just today. Use today to take care of yourself. Discover what brings you joy. That is what Chester would prefer."
