Rapper Lil Xan's partner, Annie Smith, revealed the heartbreaking news of her miscarriage only two months after announcing that they were expecting their first child. The rapper began seeing Smith immediately after his break up with Noah Cyrus in September 2018. Smith took to Instagram to share the news. With a series of videos that she had taken with the rapper over the course of their relationship, she posted a heartfelt message about their relationship and how much she longed to become the mother of their unborn child.

She wrote, "These were taken the first day we met and the first few months we knew each other. feels like a lifetime ago. the moment I met you I knew you were special. I fell head over heels in love with you and only love you more and more every single day. I didn’t know it was possible to feel this way about another human. starting a family with you has been the most magical, beautiful blessing God has given me."

Smith mentioned that more than anything she wished she could meet her child, "I wish more than anything that I could meet you, hold you and love you. teach you all the beautiful things in life and show you the world. I wish you could’ve known how truly blessed you were to have a daddy like diego. We love you little angel. always ♥️"

The rapper seems to be extremely heartbroken by the news, as he posted on his Instagram story that he might be off Instagram for a few days in order to get his head straight. Xan was sthrilled when he first came to know that he would be a father, as he had posted, "I wanted to wait, but I just can’t leave my fans in the dark. It’s official. I’m going to be a father. I love you guys so much and hope you stay along for this crazy journey, and I’ve never felt more happy in my life. All of you are invited to the gender reveal party I promise!” However, he has received support from Smith when he was in rehab and Smith had made it a point to keep his fans updated about everything.
