Jo Frost is the Ms. Fixit of the nanny world. She goes from one family to another, resolving issues that are not only impacting the parents' relationship but also the one they share with their kids. 'Supernanny' has returned on Lifetime and on Tuesday (September 1) night, we saw Nanny Jo tackle issues the Esquivel family has been experiencing in raising their four kids.

Clarissa and Joe are high school sweethearts and have been married for eight years. She runs an online boutique and Joe has recently made a career switch, and he's a cop now. They have conflicting work schedules but that's not the root of their problems. Having to do everything by herself, Clarissa naturally gets frustrated and tired by the end of the day.

There was a time when she would expect Joe would work around the house but that possibility is out of the window. Joe is not a "supportive husband" and has a phobia of doing the dishes, but Nanny Jo is not buying that story. "Who are you kidding?" she asks in her confessional and points out that someday him not contributing to winding up housework is going to impact their marriage to a point of no return.

Nanny Jo asks Joe about their current situation, to which he says that he too has a lot of stress that he doesn't bring home so that Clarissa can focus on the things that are to be done around the house. Jo was not okay with his answer and decided to take matters into her own hands. Jo questioned Clarissa why Joe didn't help her out with housework. Clarissa's answer was simple, as him not working enough is something she doesn't want to deal with. She is okay with doing most of what the house and kids demand.

"They are struggling. Mum and dad have to work together because I don't see how this marriage survives," Nanny Jo said and added that there's a lot at stake and the parents need to course correct. "You won't make it." Talking to Joe and Clarissa, Nanny Jo expressed her concerns, made it clear that if they don't shuffle things and achieve a balance in sharing the parental responsibilities then Clarissa may physically break down.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that and Joe realizes that he should be willing to do more, and make his time at home count.
