Levi Davis: Missing 'X Factor' star's family hires private investigator, announces $12K reward for info

BARCELONA, SPAIN: As the search for the missing 'X Factor' contestant Levi Davis continues, a £10,000 (~$12K) reward has been announced. The entertainer and rugby player was last seen on October 29 in Barcelona, Spain, at The Old Irish Pub. Authorities discovered his travel documents during the search, but he has not been found.

There have been no confirmed sightings of Levi since he went missing, and posters bearing his likeness have been placed throughout Barcelona, urging anyone with information to come forward. His distraught family has now announced that private investigator Gavin Burrows and his organization, Line of Inquiry, have offered to assist in the search for the former Bath Rugby player.

As part of the investigation, the company has stated that it will provide a £10,000 reward for information leading to Levi being found. His mother, Julie, stated, "We are very grateful to Gavin and his team for volunteering their time, expertise, and the reward fund to help find Levi. We are still worried about him and want him home safely. Hopefully, this extra support will encourage people with any information to come forward."

Levi was last spotted on CCTV exiting an Irish pub in Barcelona on October 29, the Sun reported. He was also seen in a different square near the city's Arc de Triomf monument, which is about a six-minute walk away. He had stated that he intended to go around Spain before meeting friends in France, but no one has seen him since. Julie noted that the last time she spoke to her son was on the day he went missing when he informed her he was "fine" in Spain.

Levi arrived in Barcelona after spending a week in Ibiza. After suffering a knee injury, the former Bath winger was depressed and went on vacation. His passport was discovered in Barcelona's port area nearly two weeks ago, and the search is still ongoing. His mother stated she has not heard from Spanish officials since the passport was discovered, as per reports.
