Who is Lauren Goodger's partner? 'TOWIE' star's second baby with Charles Drury dies 2 days after birth
Former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star, Lauren Goodger has announced the death of her newborn daughter named Lorena only two days after her birth. Goodger confirmed the devastating news via an Instagram post where she confirmed the name and explained that there were no complications prior to birth. Goodger is raising an 11-month-old daughter named Larose with partner Charles Drury. She revealed that the couple is yet to say their final goodbyes to the newborn as they're currently dealing with the loss.
The 35-year-old glamor model and personality shared the news on Instagram saying, "Lorena R.I.P 08.07.22 she was the most beautiful healthy baby I’ve ever seen just like her sister @babylarose.x … words can’t describe as a mother losing your baby that I carried for all these months perfectly and gave birth too for my angel to be taken from me there was no pregnancy or labor complications and she was fine & healthy but I am not going into detail right now just know that there was nothing wrong with her or myself she was perfect I can’t understand it she is so so beautiful Larose twin so similar.. I am broken. I am back home from hospital Me & Charlie spent as much time with our baby girl Lorena and I haven’t said my goodbye yet" This terrible news follows just after the death of her ex-boyfriend Jake McClean who died in a car crash accident as his car careened off the road in Turkey last Sunday. The incident left the passenger and close friend Yazmin Oukhellou injured. She also revealed that she had a miscarriage while having a baby with Jake back in 2013.

Goodger continued talking about her daughter Larose and expected some privacy saying "please can I ask photographers to respect our privacy right now as we have a lot of grieving to do and funeral organising that I just need this time & with my baby girl Larose she is my rock that’s getting me through this or I wouldn’t survive… I will never ever get over this but I will learn how to live everyday with Lorena in my heart she will be with me always and I will be with her again one day … My 👼 Lorena I love you so much 💔" Drury, on the other hand, took to his private Instagram post saying, "Our beautiful baby girl so perfect in every way, 8/7/22 will always be your day. Your little heart will forever beat inside mine, I’ll love you until the end of time."
Who is Charles Drury?
Charles Drury is a 22-year-old builder and amateur footballer. He also models for the FOMO agency and also has an OnlyFans account. He was previously dating a former glamor model Katie Price in 2019, a year before he got together with Goodger in 2020. Their relationship came to light when Goodger announced that she was dating a mystery man who was soon identified as Drury. Moreover, they announced their first pregnancy just three months after the relationship started.
But it wasn't always rainbows and roses for the couple. Just four months after welcoming Larose, the couple split as Charles cheated on her. He announced the breakup via an Instagram post that read, "Only going to post this once, me & Lauren have decided to go our separate ways. Things must remain civil for the sake of our daughter, Lauren is great mum so when it comes to Larose we both have her best interest at heart so she will still see us both." However, it was later revealed by Amy Gilbert, the woman Drury was involved with, that the new dad was already out and cheating.
However, Goodger revealed that her on-off beau Drury won her back with 'loads of good sex' after his fling with another woman was revealed. She told the Daily Mail while pregnant with her second daughter that their relationship was now 'stronger than ever', including in the bedroom. Goodger had told OK magazine in an interview: "We did have loads of good sex. And lots of love. It's just different. He came back very positive and full of energy and said, "I'm going to help you more with Larose, I really appreciate you as a mum – you're amazing." Things he hadn't really said. It's actually better now than it ever has been. We went through it and I'm glad we've gone through it as it's actually made us stronger."

Drury, for his part, had said: "Moving house, having a baby and going through the tests in our relationship has made us stronger and now we're probably the happiest we've been. I'm really happy my family is back together and things have been good at home. I'm 100% committed to my family." Drury also revealed that he saw a therapist and a life coach to better understand his behavior which he says helped him see 'the bigger picture'.
