UNITED IN LOVE: How Bruce Willis's ex Demi Moore and wife Emma Heming came together to care for actor
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hollywood legend Bruce Willis, 67, has recently been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. The actor has been battling the rare brain condition aphasia for a while and his formidable partners have wholeheartedly come together to support the star in his struggle, calling themselves the "Willis/Moore ladies."
The 'Die Hard' star's "blended family" has always been a focal point of media attention. In Bruce's case, both his present wife Emma Heming and his ex-wife Demi Moore have put aside their disagreements and united to care for him.

The two women joined hands once more along with their mixed family of five daughters to support Bruce Willis, who played the Hollywood hero for years and engaged in on-screen combat with villains. They also disclosed that he has suffered yet another medical setback: a dementia diagnosis brought on by his aphasia. His family revealed the new diagnosis in a statement they posted on Thursday, February 16 and thanked his fans. Demi, 60, Emma, 44, and Bruce's three adult children — Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout — bravely displayed their solidarity by sharing the news of Bruce's most recent medical challenge in a group Instagram post they signed, "Ladies of Willis/Moore."
Bruce Willis' large family
The women stated that Bruce had frontotemporal dementia (FTD), less than a year after they published a similar post revealing that the actor was taking a hiatus from acting due to aphasia. They included a photo of Bruce standing on a beach with their message. That is the most recent example of how important a part Bruce's past and present spouses, as well as his five children—his three daughters with Demi as well as his two daughters with Emma, Mabel, and Evelyn—have played in his medical journey. Bruce has previously provided a rare look inside his life during the previous nine months, including the people who have been at his side: his ex-wife, current wife, and their combined family of five children, as per a Daily Mail report. Demi, 60, posted a sweet, candid photo of a grinning Bruce posing in front of a Christmas tree with his current and former spouse, as well as daughters Rumer, 34, Scout, 31, Tallulah, 28, Mabel Ray, 10, and Evelyn Penn, eight. This was the first picture of her ex-husband since he was diagnosed with aphasia.
Moore and Willis' warm relationship
The photo highlighted Bruce's enduring relationship with his ex-wife, Demi, which appeared to be brighter than ever, decades after their divorce. While Bruce's wide smile provided a positive indication of his well-being, the image also sent a clear signal about the people in his life that he holds closest to him. He and Demi were married from 1987 to 1998. Despite the fact that they parted ways more than 20 years ago, the two have remained close friends. When Bruce remarried Emma, 44, in 2009, Demi was utterly supportive, even coming to the wedding with her then-boyfriend Ashton Kutcher, reports Daily Mail.
