Are Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott in an open relationship? TV star slams rumors, fans say ‘the real ones know’

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star was quick to debunk the 'open relationship' rumors but did not clarify either whether she was exclusively dating Travis or not

Kylie Jenner was seen hanging out with her ex-flame Travis Scott on different occasions recently fueling the rumors of the couple rekindling the romance and if that was not enough, TMZ went a step ahead and alleged that a few sources confirmed to them that Jenner and Scott are indeed back together but are in an OPEN relationship.

Kylie and Travis were then soon trending all over the Internet when the billionaire supermodel decided to set the record straight over the weekend. The 23-year-old TV personality took to her official Twitter account to slam the rumors while sharing a screenshot of a headline from another publication that had shared the same news. TMZ had first claimed, “Sources with direct knowledge and connection to both Kylie and Travis tell TMZ ... they have rekindled the old flame and are dating again, but they're also free to date other people. To be blunt ... they are in an open relationship.” The website also wrote how Travis has been enjoying the bachelor lifestyle since his break-up with Kylie but he also wanted to get back with her.

‘You guys really just make up anything’

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star who has close to 40 million followers on Twitter, was quick to debunk the “open relationship” rumors but did not clarify either whether she was exclusively dating Travis or not. While sharing a screenshot of a headline from Daily Mail, she tweeted, “You guys really just make up anything.” She then shared another tweet saying, “I’m not discrediting anyone who is in an open relationship but it’s just careless and disrespectful to throw this narrative out there without knowing what’s true.”

Kylie and Travis first began dating in 2017, however, the former had confirmed earlier that they had split in October 2019. The duo has a three-old-daughter Stormi Webster who was born in 2018. The makeup mogul and the rapper were recently spotted separately a few days ago at Hollywood’s popular joint The Nice Guy. The duo also spent an afternoon at Disneyland with Stormi most recently.  Apart from this she also flew out to Miami to celebrate Travis’s 30th birthday on April 30. They both later attended a triple date with Kylie's sister Kendall and her beau Devin Booker as well as friends Justin and Hailey Bieber. 

‘You're famous and rich, what do you expect?’

The news of Kylie and Travis being in an open relationship was already making noise on the Internet and the TV star’s latest tweets led to another chaos. Several social media users thronged to the micro-blogging site to react to her clarification. One user asked, “You're famous and rich, what do you expect?” Another tweeted with a hint of sarcasm, “Literally Kylie's family, has become famous by airing family and personal life, remember that there is a series where they show how they live 24 hours a day, so I think they are partly to blame.”
 
The next one sympathized with the makeup mogul saying, “Every day they invent something new about u or you and trav, the internet is a rotten place” while another slammed Kylie for lying, “I've come to the understanding that the only times you or your sisters come out against rumors are when they are true. Like how you deny all the plastic surgery, Kylie.” One individual concluded, “Wouldn’t it be easier to pay a spokesperson to push back at the DM by issuing a statement to that effect? Right. I thought so. A billionaire who has the time to tweet back, why bother?”

A social media user who refused to believe the rumors said: "Lol. . . Kardashian’s are American royals. We don’t expect @KylieJenner to truly claim anyone until she’s at least like 30 and her partner owns half of the entire world at this point. Her swag is undeniable. . . The real ones know."
