Kroy Biermann begs 'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak to sell $3M Georgia mansion amid financial struggles
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are reportedly under more than $1 million in debt and the former wanted to sell the estranged couple's $3 million Georgia mansion. However, Kroy recently begged Kim to sign off to sell the mansion urgently.
Kroy's attorney, Marlys A Bergstrom, told TMZ that Kim's recent on-camera assertion that Kroy's request to a judge to allow him to list the Georgia estate for sale was actually her idea is simply posturing.
He said, "And it's meaningless considering how dire things are."

According to Bergstrom, Kroy was tired of the games and only wanted what was best for everyone, including their four children, which amounted to selling this house, recouping any equity they could, and clearing a mountain of debt.
The ex-NFL player's lawyer also disclosed that despite Kroy's best efforts to sell possessions and make mortgage payments, the family is currently in a dire financial situation and at risk of permanently losing their house.
If they don't take action quickly, Kroy and Kim will reportedly be on the streets, being pursued by further debt collectors. According to Kroy's attorney, selling the house is the only option left to improve their financial predicament.
Kroy Biermann wants judge to make a divorce ruling quickly
Kroy Biermann reportedly wants his divorce proceedings and the approval to sell the $3 million mansion as soon as they can. Kim Zolciak was optimistic at first and was even spotted wearing her wedding ring even after divorce filing.
However, things changed as Kroy filed for divorce for the second time. Kroy has once again determined that his marriage to Kim is 'irretrievably broken.'
Kroy refiled for divorce for the second time in four months after he and Kim both filed to legally dissolve their 12-year union back in May, then decided not to split in July in an attempt to reconcile, as per documents obtained by People.
Kim and Kroy remained in the same home during their divorce proceedings but had a change of heart in July when they decided to pull the divorce docs.

In a recent Instagram Live, Kim Zolciak joked that her eldest daughter, Brielle Biermann, was helping out financially amid her money woes with her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.
While talking to fans during an Instagram Live session, Kim said that Brielle, "paid the electric bill" when she continued to receive questions about her finances.
Kim said, "You guys, please, yeah. Don't even, I’m not even acknowledging the bulls**t, so."
