Kris Jenner is an extremely powerful woman and looks like Tristan Thompson had a taste of the mighty momager's prowess quite recently. It is being reported that Kris made Tristan sign a $10 million contract after his cheating scandal was revealed to the world.
According to a report by Hollywood Life, Kris apparently made the NBA player sign a contract, which required him to put $10 million in a trust for his new baby with Khloe immediately. An insider for the publication also claimed that the legal agreement requires him to add an additional $10 million into the account any time he’s caught cheating from here on.
For those who are still not in the loop, Tristan was recently found cheating on the mother of his second child, Khloe Kardashian, with video evidence and footage found proving the same. He was seen making out with two girls in a video from October last year when his girlfriend was three-months pregnant with his child.
The cheating scandal hit the news just days before the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was due to give birth to a baby girl, who has since then been given the name True Thompson. Most people are still baffled as to why the reality star is sticking to her cheating partner, but no response has come from Khloe herself.
The new report is shocking to its core since it is public knowledge that the Cleveland Cavaliers player has a net worth of $20 million along with an annual salary of $15 million. With this move, Kris has proved to the world that she can keep her head all business when it comes to making money for her family.
Said the insider, “She’s been through it all with her girls, and at this point, she knows exactly how to take control, no matter the situation.”
However, that does not mean that Kris is hoping for Tristan to cheat on her daughter again so that the family can make monetary gains. “Of course Kris hopes the contract will deter him from future bad behavior, but if it doesn’t she’ll make sure there’s a payday for her family,” the insider added.
