Kourtney Kardashian believes that the coronavirus outbreak is God's way of punishing humankind for “evil” behavior. The 40-year-old shared a passage from the Bible on her Instagram stories, which she highlighted, and wrote “Pay attention children”.

The highlighted passage read: “Whenever I hold back the rain or send locusts to eat up the crops or send an epidemic on my people, if they pray to me and repent and turn away from the evil they have been doing, then I will hear them in heaven, forgive their sins, and make their land prosperous again.”

The passage is featured in the Book of Chronicles from the Old Testament and has been frequently cited by pastors and conspiracy theorists to signal the end of the world.

However, this is not the first time, the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star has shared something like this. Earlier, the mother-of-three had presented a theory regarding the COVID-19 pandemic by sharing it on her family group chat. She had shared a paragraph from a 2008 book called 'End of Days' in which psychic Sylvia Browne predicted the rise of a global pandemic.

Later, Kourtney's sister, Kim, shared the screenshot with the world. The text said, “In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and the bronchial tubes and resisting known treatments. Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again ten years later, and then disappear completely.”

Meanwhile, another Kardashian sister, Kylie Jenner, has also taken the pandemic very seriously and is practicing self-isolation with her two-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster.

She shared a message for her fans and followers on Instagram stories on March 18, saying: “I hope everyone is feeling well! It's so important right now to self-quarantine to ensure we aren't endangering ourselves or anyone who can't handle this virus. I’m on day 8,” as she added that her pregnancy prepared her for the self-isolation as she did not step out of home for months when she was pregnant with Stormi.
