"It’s long been tradition for the bride to take her husband’s last name, and traditionally, she drops her middle name and keeps her last (her ‘maiden’ name) as her middle name. Her husband’s last name then becomes her new last name," read the snippet. "In case you didn’t know…," the reality star captioned her story.
However, fans have noticed that Kourtney's post coincided with the airing of an episode of 'The Kardashians' that featured her sister Kim's visit to the DMV to take her driver's license photo. In the episode, Kim went to great lengths to ensure her photo was perfect, even bringing her glam squad along for hair and makeup. The timing of Kourtney's post led some fans to speculate that it was a deliberate shade at Kim's extravagant DMV experience.

'Kourtney is totally mocking Kim'
