Kourtney Kardashian 'forever grateful' to doctors who saved her baby as she recounts medical emergency
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kourtney Kardashian has shared why she had to rush to a hospital last week after a health scare. The ‘medical emergency’ was later confirmed to be a pregnancy complication.
The 44-year-old wrote while sharing a black-and-white picture on her Instagram page, “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.”

What did Kourtney Kardashian say about the 'urgent fetal surgery?'
Kourtney also didn’t forget to mention her mother Kris as she said, “And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”
In her long post, the mother-of-three continued, “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.”
“I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.”

The Lemme founder concluded, “Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing. 🙏🏼🤍”
Meanwhile, her husband Travis Barker posted on his X account (formerly Twitter), "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well."
The Bling-182 drummer who canceled his European tour due to a medical emergency rushed back to his wife, and added, "I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."

Kourtney Kardashian stopped IVF treatment in May
The band, in a statement, updated their fans about the ‘urgent family matter’ Travis faced and explained why they had to postpone the concert dates.
"Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed," it said.
"More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available," the statement continued.
Kourtney’s pregnancy news was a sweet surprise for the couple after they decided to stop IVF treatment, as per People.

"We are officially done with IVF [in vitro fertilization]," Kourtney said on 'The Kardashians' in May.
"We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, I believe it will happen," she said at the time.
