In a piece of bad news, rapper King Von died after a violent confrontation outside an Atlanta nightclub that ended in gunfire between two groups, as reported by various media outlets. According to TMZ, if law enforcement sources are to be believed, a deadly shootout broke out in the early morning of Friday, November 6, outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge in downtown Atlanta. A lot of people paid tributes to the 26-year-old rapper whose real name was Dayvon Daquan Bennett.

King Von’s ex-girlfriend Asian Doll also paid him a tribute in a series of heartbreaking tweets. Asian Doll, whose real name is Misharron Jermeisha Allen is also a rapper and is the first female artist signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Eskimo Records since its founding in 2010. While paying respect to his late former boyfriend, she said, “I wanna die 2 shid it feel like I'm dead already." In another post she shared, “I'll never be the same I just hope you visit me in all my dreams I just wanna sleep so I can picture us again I just wanna close my eyes & never open then again... Von I'm gone.” Continuing with her sad tweets, she added, “My heart is gone I'm just an empty soul in a human body I rather die than to feel this pain I CANT TAKE IT IM NOT STRONG ENOUGH VON.” She then tweeted, “My whole life just crashed in my face while I was away trying to get over a heartbreak & make peace within MYSELF cause I knew 100% at the we was gone be TOGETHER 4EVER.”

For the uninitiated, Asian Doll is heavily inspired from Nicki Minaj and has dropped several mixtapes in the past with her latest being ‘Doll Szn Reloaded’ in 2020. Her music career began with the release of ‘Da Rise of Barbie Doll Gang Empire’ in December 2015. Nicki Minaj also reached out to offer her support to Asian Doll via her tweet. The renowned female emcee posted, “I'm sure I don't have the right words but I'm sending my love & praying for your strength, baby girl.”

According to the site Heavy.com, King Von and Asian Doll started dating in 2018. The former couple also collaborated on two songs namely, ‘Pull Up’ and ‘Broke Opps.’ Asian Doll had also released a music video titled ‘Grandson’ featuring King Von on Valentine’s Day in 2019. According to HiHopDX, King Von and Asian Doll parted their ways in August 2020 amid cheating rumors. In October 2020, King Von had declared he was very much single via his Instagram post just a day after he had shared a picture with Asia Doll. According to an Instagram page No Jumper, as reported by HiHopDX, the Chicago rapper had then captioned the new post as, “Good morning. Still single,” with an emoticon of a happy face with a photo of him in his bed shirtless cuddling with a stack of money.

And, hours before sharing the Instagram picture, the late rapper had also tweeted about the complications of love saying, “Why this Love shit gotta be so complicated.”
