Kim Zolciak won't back down as 'RHOA' star 'intends to call' cops every time Kroy Biermann 'loses temper'
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Kim Zolciak have apparently reconciled as they have called off their divorce but "they're both really stubborn," said an insider. "The tension’s getting worse and Kim intends to call the police every time Kroy loses his temper — anything can and will be used against him, in her view," said the source.
"The sad thing is, it’s affecting the kids," added the source. “It’s like Kim and Kroy hate each other, and the kids know it," the source added. The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star dialed 911 after her ex-husband claimed she kidnapped their 12-year-old son, KJ on June 16. As per the audio, Zolciak gave her son permission to attend a rodeo with his pal and his mother. However, Biermann was furious to find out about his son's hangout and threatened to file a kidnapping report, according to OK Magazine.
'There was zero kidnapping'
The 45-year-old also claimed the 37-year-old athlete stole her purse that contained their divorce documents. Talking to the Alpharetta, Georgia police at the time, Zolciak said, "My son is shaking and hysterically crying," and added, "It’s petty, and I hate to call the police on it... I don’t think this is going to be the end of this, to be honest."
The reality star's friend Elise Humphries previously hit back at Biermann's claims. "There was zero kidnapping. His mother Kim, who is an incredible mom and friend, gave me permission and brought him to meet me & his two best friends, one is my daughter," she said.
"[KJ’s] father, Kroy, is desperately trying to control every move to ensure he gets full custody and child support so he falsely accused me of kidnapping KJ so he can appear as the parent who takes the kids out," Humphries stated and further added, "Please pray for Kim and the kids because they need them while they navigate Kroy’s narcissistic, controlling behavior."

Biermann has not yet filed for the dissolution of his marriage with Zolciak
Following their divorce filing in May, the exes who are still living together have been in the middle of a fight over custody of their minor children, Kash, 10, and nine-year-old twins, Kane and Kaia.

"Kim and Kroy’s legal team is buried in paperwork because of the claims they keep flinging at each other. They’re both fighting for custody of the minor children. Neither will back down," said an insider. Biermann is yet to file his own dismissal of the legal dissolution of her marriage.
