Kim Kardashian did not want to include rest of the family in her Christmas card this year because she was 'over the drama'
Kim Kardashian is so over the holiday stress. The reality star recently shared her holiday card for the year to her followers on Instagram and everyone noticed that it was just the Kardashian-West unit, unlike the previous cards where the entire clan would pose for the photos. A source said that she was done with stressing out.
An insider told People, "It’s been difficult for them for years to get everyone together for a Christmas card. Last year when Kim organized it, there was a lot of complaining. It really stressed her out. She was over the drama and decided to do one for just her family this year. She knew fans wanted to see her whole family together, so it was important for her to share a special photo."
The holiday card featured Kim and her husband Kanye and their kids, Psalm, 7 months, Chicago, 2 next month, Saint, 4, and North, 6, dressed casually in grey sweatsuits, sitting strategically on a staircase. Kim kept it simple with her makeup and hair as well, in tune with the photo's theme.
"The West Family Christmas Card 2019," both Kardashian West and her rapper husband captioned the photograph. "The photo was taken at their house and it was just a relaxed event,” the source adds. “No one was stressed, the kids were happy and it was perfect. Kanye is not a fan of glitz so this is why they are dressed casually."
Many fans felt that North looked very photoshopped and that the card did not exude any Christmas vibes.
Last year, Kardashian-Jenner siblings and all of their kids were included in the Christmas card. The behind-the-scenes drama was well documented in ' KUWTK' as Kim blasted Kourtney for making it difficult for her to get everyone together and went on to call the Poosh founder “the least exciting to look at.”
