'Got The Truck of My Dreams'! Kanye West just gifted wife Kim Kardashian a neon Mercedes jeep worth nearly $240,000
Kanye West knows exactly what his wife, Kim Kardashian, desires. The 42-year-old rapper, who is known for sparing no expense when it comes to buying gifts for Kim, has reportedly gifted her a neon green Mercedes G series SUV, a jeep that the couple had previously rented in Miami. He splashed out nearly $240,000 for the new set of wheels.
“I just got out of the gym and was surprised by this new baby. I loved it so much in Miami, and I kept on talking about it,” said Kardashian West, who shared the sweet moment on one of her Instagram stories over the weekend. “Look who surprised me with this baby,” the KKW beauty mogul continued to say.
In her videos, she captured the brand new neon car first, and then shifted the focus to show a smiling Kanye, who was visually amused by his wife's enthusiasm over her new ride. “You guys, I got the truck of my dreams because I was so excited in Miami. I’m so excited.”
The Kardashian sisters seem to be on a neon roll currently, for Kim's new neon green car is somehow similar to her sister Kylie Jenner's orange Mercedes. “When you just pull up to your sister’s house to say good morning, and you guys have matching neon trucks,” Kim said on one of her other Instagram stories, as she panned to her 21-year-old sister's orange vehicle.
The Kardashian sisters have been all about neon in the recent few weeks, which has been quite a huge change of pace, especially for Kim since she subdued her style after her infamous Paris robbery where she was robbed at gunpoint in 2016.
“She was toned down and out of the public eye after the robbery, but eventually she realized she needs to live her life,” a source told People magazine. “She has fun with fashion and style, and yes, it’s part of her image — to be glamorous and push boundaries. So she’s going to do it.”
However, being out-and-about in racy dresses sometimes leads to embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions, something is not foreign to her. She recently had a fashion faux-pas in Miami, when she suffered a tan fail in a neon outfit as she joined friends for dinner.
The 37-year-old showed off her toned abs in a crop top paired with a wraparound skirt. But underneath it, she revealed her bright green string knickers and tan lines. The reality queen was spotted in the racy ensemble as she headed out for dinner in Miami.
Unfortunately, as she tried to get out of the car, her skirt pulled to one side to accidentally reveal her underwear. A faint line, which looked like it showed the lines where she had just had a spray tan, was also visible. But Kim didn’t let this wardrobe malfunction ruin her night, and she could be seen laughing happily with her friends Larsa Pippen and Jonathan Cheban.
