The 42-year-old reality actress is said to "really like" Tom, and is said to have sought his opinion over buying a property in his premium neighborhood.
Hollywood A-listers like Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, and Reese Witherspoon already have houses in the neighborhood. According to a source, Kim is "open and excited about dating" as the rumors of a relationship blossom. The source said, "Kim is feeling great, and she is ready, open, and excited about dating in general and the potential of finding a forever partner one day."

The duo are 'just friends'
Although the duo are "just friends," a different source informed Entertainment Tonight that they have kept in touch. They said, "Tom and Kim have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property where Tom has a vacation home," as reported by Mirror.
'Kim really likes Tom'
Though there isn't an official relationship between the two just yet, it is said that Kim "really likes" Tom. A source said, "Kim really likes Tom. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker's Bay." They continued, speaking to Page Six, "She's only human — he's gorgeous!"
Kim and Tom "have fiends and business partners in common."
According to a different source, who also verified that the two aren't dating because of Kim's demanding work schedule, rumors of a relationship between Kim and Tom surfaced barely seven months after the athlete finalized his divorce on his 13-year marriage to supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Gisele explained that the pair had made their decision "amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together."
"The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this.I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always," she wrote.
In November, Kim and rapper Kanye West also reached a divorce agreement. North, who is nine years old, Saint, who is seven, Chicago, who is five, and Psalm, who is four, are the former couple's four kids.
