Kid Rock slammed after Donald Trump kicks off his tour with pre-taped message
Kid Rock got brutally dragged on the Internet over the weekend after his 2022 tour opening show saw a video message from former President Donald Trump. The ‘We The People’ hitmaker kicked off his Bad Reputation tour in Indiana with the help of a pre-taped message from Trump where the latter claimed that all the people in attendance at Kid Rock’s concert were “truly the backbone of our great country.”
Social media users did not waste any time trolling the 51-year-old musician who is known for his friendship with Donald Trump. The former president of the United States was also seen putting on a baseball red cap that read “Make America Rock Again,” a nod to his trademark MAGA hat. Kid Rock’s Bad Reputation tour is named after his 11th studio album. On his tour, the singer-songwriter is scheduled to play in different cities.

‘Cringiest thing I’ve ever seen’
“If the people who attend Kid Rock concerts are the backbone of our country, we’re f**ked”, said one user as another chimed in, “People who go to Kid Rock concerts are the same people who know exactly how much Sudafed you can buy at Walgreens.” One user posted, “Kid Rock makes music for people who think pee is stored in the balls.” The next one asserted, “Imagine thinking Kid Rock is anything besides an inbred, uneducated, untalented, obnoxious piece of trash.”
Meanwhile, one posted, “This is the cringiest thing I’ve ever seen.” Another stated, “I've been to hundreds of concerts and have seen lots of disturbing images on the video screens - this was clearly the worst!” And, one added, “The people attending a Kid Rock concert are the same idiots still going to Trump rallies. Same audience, same smell.” One user concluded, “Someone would have to pay me a lot of money to sit and suffer through a Kid Rock show. I especially hate that video announcement from Donald Trump, gross!”
