While the majority of the world is trying to cope with the impact of the novel coronavirus on the global economy, the Kardashians continue to work towards building their empire. Reportedly, Khloe Kardashian has placed her Calabasas mansion for sale and it comes with a high price.

According to TMZ, the second eldest of the Kardashian sisters is planning on selling her massive property in The Oaks for a whopping $18,950,000. The luxury mansion apparently comes with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Although the estate consists of impressive amenities, including home theatre, guesthouse, huge kitchen and swimming pool with a hot tub, what makes it more interesting is the fact that it was previously owned by some of the biggest names including Justin Bieber and Eddie Murphy. In 2014, she bought the house from Bieber for $7.2 million.

Khloe bought the 11,000 square-foot estate, following her divorce from former husband, Lamar Odom, in 2013, according to reports. The property is five minutes away from Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills Mansion and her elder sister, Kourtney, lives only a block away.

Meanwhile, Khloe has been cooped up in her Calabasas crib with ex Tristan Thompson and two-year-daughter True.

Khloe, who reportedly enjoys a net worth of $40 million, has managed to carve a niche for herself as an entrepreneur besides the popularity she earned from her family reality show, ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’.

According to Style Caster, Khloe gets paid around $4.5 million per season of 'KUWTK'. However, her endorsement deals and fashion line Good America, which sells denim and activewear account for the bulk of her income.

She also co-owned the clothing brand, DASH, along with Kourtney and Kim, which had to be shut down in 2018. But, like all her sisters, Khloe too featured in commercials for a series of brands including Fashion Nova, Calvin Klein and Amazon, which add to her sprawling wealth.

When she and Odom were married, they released a unisex fragrance called Unbrekakble and Unbreakable Joy. In addition to this, she hosted a radio show called ‘The Mix Up With Khloe Kardashian Odom’, which aired in January 2012. She primarily interviewed celebrities on her show.

Owing to the success of 'KUWTK', Khloe went on to feature in its spin-offs along with Kourtney. While ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami’ aired from 2009 to 2013, ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons’ ran for a year in 2014-15.

She has also co-hosted the second season of the American version of ‘The X Factor’ in 2013 with Mario Lopez. Since January 2016, she has been hosting her variety talk show, ‘Kocktails with Khloe’, which airs on the FYI cable channel.
